Founder Associate Intern

AuditOne delivers modern audit infrastructure and cybersecurity services built for the teams that set the standard for trust. The team is building an operating system for the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry. “TIC OS” helps certification bodies digitize their audit workflows, replacing fragmented tools and manual processes with a single source of truth. We work with certification bodies across Europe and are scaling fast.

The Role

We're looking for a Founder Associate Intern to work directly with our founding team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership across administration, marketing, and customer onboarding. You'll get a 360° view of how a B2B startup operates - and you'll have a measurable impact from day one.

This internship can be completed as part of a mandatory or voluntary internship within your studies.

What you'll do

• Support the onboarding of new certification bodies onto TIC OS - from initial setup to first audits in the system
• Contribute to marketing initiatives: content production, web updates, social media, and outreach campaigns
• Take on administrative and operational tasks that keep the company running smoothly
• Work directly with the founders on cross-functional projects across sales, product, and operations

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (business, marketing, information systems, or related field)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
• Curious about startups, SaaS, and the certification industry

Nice to have

• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., familiarity with HTML, CMS tools like Webflow)
• Experience working with AI tools like Claude to accelerate your output
• Previous internship experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
