The purpose of this position is to provide temporary, administrative support to the below:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all incidental and relevant administrative tasks under direction
• Organize, distribute and archive information and correspondence
• Coordinate and organize meetings
• Acting as an internal point of contact for departmental matters
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other documents
• Translating documents
• Supporting the creation and/or compilation of presentations
• Maintaining and updating the team SharePoint (if applicable)

Key Relationships

• Franchise merch team
• Franchise partner manager and district manager
• Marketing team
• SCM teams / order fulfilment team
• Smart supply team
• Retail allocation & planning teams

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal connection skills
• Process oriented and open mindset
• High level knowledge of MS office (excel)
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Interest in sports

Required Education And Experience / Minimum Requirement

• Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period)
• Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
