As an integral part of the BCG Platinion HR-Team, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

You support our colleagues at the reception and within the assistant team as a Working Student - Office Management (all genders) in Munich, gaining valuable insights into the internal operations of an IT management consulting form.

  • Organizational Talent in the Daily Business: You support our Office team in a varied day-to-day business environment and help ensure that internal processes run smoothly
  • Office All-Rounder with a Hands-On Mentality: Whether it's organizational, administrative, or coordination tasks, you're ready to lend a hand wherever needed, stay on top of things, and provide support wherever your help is required
  • Strong Communicator and Team Player: You work closely with different teams and stakeholders, contributing to a professional, collaborative, and positive working environment in the office
  • Event Support with Excellent Organizational Skills: You assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish
  • Proactive Mindset: You coordinate a variety of topics behind the scenes, think ahead, and find practical solutions to help keep our office operations running efficiently
  • Responsibility from Day One: You independently take ownership of smaller projects and administrative tasks, work in a structured manner, and actively contribute your own ideas to the team

You make the difference

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
  • You are an open, friendly, and communicative person with a professional demeanor
  • You are highly organized and work independently, carefully, and reliably
  • You are available to support us 15 to 20 hours per week on two to three days per week, ideally including Fridays
