RE Credit Internship – Munich
We offer a 6-month internship starting at the beginning of 2027 within our Real Estate Credit team in Munich. As an intern, you will support the investment team in evaluating financing opportunities across Germany, analyzing credit risk, executing debt investments, and monitoring the existing loan portfolio. Your work will include financial modelling, market and borrower analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials for the international investment committee. Throughout the internship, you will work closely with experienced credit professionals and gain insights and hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate debt investments. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical and analytical skills while gaining practical experience in a fast-growing investment platform, particularly well suited for students with prior experience in Real Estate Equity or Credit.
RE Equity Internship – Frankfurt
We offer a 6-month internship starting in March 2027 within our Real Estate Private Equity team in Frankfurt. As an intern, you will support the team across all stages of the investment process. Your responsibilities will include screening and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing the pipeline overview, conducting market research and asset-level analysis, preparing financial models and valuation exercises, supporting due diligence processes, and assisting in the preparation of investment committee materials. You will also contribute to the monitoring and strategic development of portfolio investments through performance analysis, reporting, and business plan reviews. As part of Urban Partners' integrated investment platform, you will work closely with investment, development, and sustainability specialists, gaining exposure to every stage of the real estate lifecycle and developing a holistic understanding of how value is created across our investments.
MAST internship – Frankfurt
In addition to the RE Equity Internship, our M&A and Strategic Transactions (MAST) Team is seeking motivated candidates for a 6-month internship starting in March 2027 in Frankfurt. This opportunity is particularly well suited for students with prior experience in Private Equity, M&A, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting, combined with a demonstratable interest in real assets. As an intern, you will work closely with a small team of experienced Private Equity professionals and support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investment and transaction opportunities across asset-backed companies. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including market research, target screening, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and execution. In addition, you will contribute to the active management and strategic development of portfolio companies.
