Comprising a team of over 50 professionals, the firm offers a wide range of debt and equity solutions to both high-growth SMEs and private equity managers. Tresmares Capital establishes close relationships with SMEs and private equity managers, providing them with flexible, transparent and tailor-made solutions throughout the life cycle of each company.

From our Frankfurt office, we provide acquisition and growth financing to financial sponsors and entrepreneurs and support financing transactions for mid-market companies across the German-speaking region, from origination and credit analysis through to structuring.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the analysis of corporate direct lending transactions for mid-market companies
• Preparing credit analyses, financial models and investment committee materials
• Researching companies, sectors and market trends
• Supporting the ongoing monitoring of the portfolio

Your profile

• Advanced studies in economics, business administration, finance or a related field (ideally in the final semesters of your Bachelor’s or in your Master’s)
• Relevant experience from several internships in private credit, leveraged finance, M&A, investment banking, transaction services or similar
• Strong analytical skills and a very confident command of Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools (e.g., Claude)
• A high level of commitment and motivation
• Excellent German and English skills

• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Start: we currently have open positions for January to April 2027 (Q1 2027) and from September 2027
• Location: Frankfurt am Main
• Remuneration: in line with the German Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG)
