Working Student – Common Data Platform Project Management Support (d/f/m) - Global Field

What We Expect

• Bridge Communication Between Technical and Business Teams – Act as a translator between data engineers and business stakeholders: understand technical data platform concepts (e.g., data lakes, ETL pipelines, data models) and explain them in business terms, while also translating business data needs into clear technical requirements
• Retrieve and Analyze Data Using SQL – Write SQL queries to extract relevant data from databases, perform analysis on the extracted data, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Provide structured end-user support, including documentation, communication, and targeted training sessions to enhance reporting adoption and capability across regions
• Maintain Project Documentation – Keep project trackers, timelines, and documentation up to date using tools like Excel, Teams, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
• Support Project Management Activities – Assist in tracking project tasks, preparing status updates, and helping the project team stay aligned on priorities, milestones, and deadlines across global, multi-vendor teams

Who We Are Looking For

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or related fields
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases; familiarity with PowerBI or similar BI tools is a strong plus
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
• Proactive, structured, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies
