What You´ll Do
- Engage in our Communication Technology (CommTech) platform steering and enablement
- Conduct check-ins and support teams in their daily tool usage
- Assist in our CommTech relaunch and rollout project and drive stakeholder onboarding and training
- Gain hands-on experience in our AI roadmap development and implementation
- Support selected AI initiatives and programs e.g. trend exploration, enablement sessions, and upskilling formats
- Maintain and continuously improve the AI and CommTech SharePoint platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders around the world and external partners to drive digital transformation
- Student who is currently enrolled in communications, media, business, or a related field
- Initial experience with CommTech, content and AI tools, or digital collaboration platforms is a plus
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications or Microsoft Copilot is a plus
- Strong interest in communication platforms, digital tools, and digital transformation projects
- Interest in AI as an emerging enabler in communications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Team player with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Availability starting in July for a six-month full-time internship in Düsseldorf at our headquarters

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
