Join our ambitious Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Business Development team and play an active role in shaping one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving categories within Suntory Global Spirits. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in an international environment, helping the team understand market developments, identify innovations, track business performance and evaluate new growth opportunities. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Innovation, Business Development and Commercial Strategy, with the opportunity to contribute your ideas and make a tangible impact.

Role Responsibilities

Market & Innovation Analysis

  • Monitor RTD market, competitor and consumer trends across key markets.
  • Track new product launches, formats, flavours, packaging, pricing and positioning.
  • Maintain innovation/competitor overviews and translate research into clear business insights.

Business & Financial Tracking

  • Support day-to-day financial tracking, budgets, project costs and spend monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate trackers and support regular performance reporting and management updates.
  • Help consolidate market/project information and identify key developments or deviations.

Business Development & Project Support

  • Support evaluation of new RTD innovations, concepts and market opportunities.
  • Gather market, consumer, competitive and financial information for business cases and recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations and analyses and support cross-functional, cross-market projects and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics or a comparable field for the duration of the position.
  • Previous internship or working student experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong interest in Marketing, FMCG, consumer trends, innovation and market dynamics.

Interest in the beverage and RTD category; basic understanding of budgets, actuals, forecasts and variances is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English
  • Structured, reliable and proactive way of working; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
  • Analytical skills, converting numbers into insights
  • Demonstrated personal characteristics to be a self-starter, flexible, reliable and intrinsically motivated
  • Team player with strong collaborative approach - to lead, build, drive and inspire
  • Located in the Rhine-Main area and able to work from the Frankfurt office once per week.
