YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are part of the Inhouse Consulting team and conduct analyses,technological benchmarking, and competitive comparisons to identifynew AI use cases
- You learn how to strategically sequence and prioritize use cases basedon business impact and support the definition of the operating model forautonomous squads
- You contribute to cross-functional projects and help design and runchange-management programs that ensure sustainable adoption beyondthe pilot phase
- You use modern AI tools to independently automate tasks or analyzeprocesses—even if you are not a developer
- In developing and implementing strategic solution concepts, you supportBusiness Leads, helping to remove organizational blockers andaccelerate time-to-value
- Academic background You hold an excellent Abitur and are currently enrolled in a university degree program among the best in your class
- AI expertise and IT skills You are tech-savvy and fascinated by Artificial Intelligence, data-driven business models, and especially agentic architectures and are proficient in using MS Office
- Analytical skills Your outstanding comprehension and analytical skills allow you to quickly grasp complex concepts and build business cases with value quantification
- Communication skills You bring excellent communication skills allowing you to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives
- Mindset You are passionate for the mobility industry and bring a strong "get things done" mentality
- Languages You are fluent in English and German

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
