In Germany - Cologne

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for students who are eager to gain practical experience alongside their studies and support our Global Brand & Communications team for up to 20 hours per week.

Our Global Brand & Communications team drives and strengthens our global brand presence across media, digital channels, and key brand initiatives. You will support the team across media performance reporting, KPI tracking, social media, website content, market and competitive research, and global recognition opportunities, while contributing to data-driven insights and recommendations for our marketing leadership team.

Ideally, you are still enrolled for at least another 12 months and can support us throughout this period.

How You Will Create An Impact

  • Contribute to the creation of quarterly media reports and brand dashboards tracking global media performance metrics.
  • Support KPI measurement and reporting, including media mentions, reach, and social media insights across campaigns or initiatives.
  • Distill data and research into clear, concise executive summaries for the marketing leadership team.
  • Analyze industry trends and conduct competitive research to generate actionable insights and compelling presentations.
  • Create engaging social media content for our corporate and leadership accounts, in collaboration with our Design team.
  • Help identify global award opportunities, coordinate submissions including supporting visual materials, and craft internal/external award communications.
  • Coordinate website updates, including maintaining partner website bios, leadership changes, and country pages.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, digital marketing, journalism, economics, or similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in marketing performance and reporting
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • Structured, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
