If you enjoy working with data and reporting, you might be the ideal candidate to support our Consulting team in Central Europe. We are looking forward to your application!
We are looking for a student to support the team part-time max. 20 hours a week from 1st of September 2026 for a year.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Update and ensure data quality of Consulting opportunities in Salesforce, Zimit, and Workday.
- Update and ensure data quality of Consulting projects in Workday.
- Maintain the forward load report.
- Provide general support regarding reporting, invoicing, and planning.
- Support forecasting, utilization, and capacity management activities.
- Provide administrative support around documentation.
what We Value
- You are an enrolled student in a master’s degree program in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable courses of study.
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience by working with data, reports and administrative tasks.
- You have a good proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- You are familiar with MS Office applications, above all Excel.
- You can work autonomously, accurately and with a high degree of self-responsibility.
- You possess very good analytical skills.
- You enjoy working in intercultural teams.
- You are curious to get to know new tools such as Salesforce, Zimit, and Workday.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
