You'll make an impact by

• You support our Global People & Organization Business Partners in both strategic projects and day-to-day operations, gaining valuable insight into international HR topics
• Building on this, you contribute to the preparation and refinement of management presentations, personnel development programs, and innovative learning materials
• Additionally, you independently take on analysis and reporting tasks, revising PowerBI dashboards and structuring relevant data for meaningful evaluation
• By proactively engaging with various stakeholders, you help drive the design and implementation of new initiatives and prototypes within the global network
• You coordinate and optimize administrative tasks using digital collaboration tools, ensuring smooth workflows and a hands-on approach throughout your work
  
  

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar field
• Experience and Skills:
• You have a strong interest in international HR topics and have gained initial practical experience, ideally in HR
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, have an affinity for data, digital tools and media, and ideally some experience in video creation and editing
• Ideally, you are familiar with the use of dashboards in PowerBI and AI/LLMs
• Ways of Working: You work proactively, independently and in a structured manner, demonstrating creativity, flexibility and a hands-on mentality
• Languages: You have excellent English skills
