WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will support the planning and coordination of local and international training programs
- You will ensure training sessions run smoothly by managing schedules, preparing materials, and maintaining clear communication with trainers and internal stakeholders
- You will take ownership of participant administration, processing registrations and queries, and keeping participant data up to date in HR systems
- You will support the evaluation and analysis of training feedback and related reporting tasks
- You will actively contribute to internal training projects, helping to drive them forward
- You will suggest ideas to continuously improve internal processes
- You will handle general administrative tasks, keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently
ABOUT YOU
- You are studying Business Administration with a focus on HR, Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field
- You enjoy working precisely in a dynamic and international environment
- You are flexible, well-organized, and possess strong communication skills
- You think ahead and approach tasks in a structured way
- You have a good understanding of databases and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You have strong Excel skills and feel confident working with data and evaluations
- You have fluent German skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good English skills
- Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in an HR context
- You are available for 20 hours per week, and more during semester breaks
- A minimum contract duration of 1 year is desirable
