Your role as a Working Student (m/f/d) Accounting & Tax – Product Development
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Buchhaltung & Steuern in der Produktentwicklung bringst du dein steuerliches und buchhalterisches Fachwissen direkt in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software ein. Gemeinsam mit unserem Produktteam stellst du sicher, dass neue Funktionen fachlich korrekt, praxisnah und verständlich umgesetzt werden. Dabei arbeitest du nicht im klassischen Mandantengeschäft, sondern gestaltest die fachliche Qualität eines modernen Softwareprodukts aktiv mit und erhältst gleichzeitig Einblicke in ein modernes Produkt-Umfeld.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktteam zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass neue Funktionen unserer Buchhaltungs- und Steuersoftware fachlich korrekt umgesetzt werden.
- Du testest neue Features, Buchungslogiken und Auswertungen auf ihre steuerliche und buchhalterische Korrektheit und unterstützt dabei, fachliche Fehler frühzeitig zu identifizieren.
- Du prüfst produktbezogene Funktionen wie Exporte, Reports und weitere buchhalterische Workflows auf Vollständigkeit und fachliche Plausibilität.
- Du recherchierst steuerliche und buchhalterische Fragestellungen und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse für das Produktteam.
- Du unterstützt bei operativen Themen und bringst dein Fachwissen in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts ein.
- Anforderungen bezüglich des Arbeitsorts: Diese Position kann von Deutschland aus im Homeoffice ausgeübt werden.
About You
- Du befindest dich in einem wirtschafts- oder steuerbezogenen Studium (z. B. Steuerwesen, BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang).
- Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit – idealerweise durch eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Tätigkeit mit Buchhaltungsschwerpunkt.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit DATEV und fühlst dich im Umgang mit der Software sicher.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der Buchhaltung sowie grundlegendes Verständnis steuerlicher Zusammenhänge.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig.
- Du bist technikaffin und hast Interesse daran, dein fachliches Wissen in einem Produkt- und Softwarekontext einzusetzen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1).
- Du hast Englischkenntnisse auf B1+-Niveau
- Sie können sich verpflichten, mindestens 10 bis 15 Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten; die genaue Stundenzahl richtet sich nach Ihrer Verfügbarkeit.
