Join SAP Global Cloud Operation as a Working Student supporting our Technical Services Manager (TSM) team. You will work alongside experienced Technical Services Managers, contributing to real customer engagements and cloud transformation projects while developing deep expertise in SAP cloud technologies, infrastructure, and service delivery.

What You Will Do

• Support Technical Services Managers in their day-to-day activities, customer engagements, and internal projects.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Research SAP technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and best practices to support ongoing customer work.
• Track action items, project milestones, and deliverables across customer accounts.
• Contribute to the analysis of SAP landscapes, system configurations, and technical assessments.
• Help maintain and improve internal knowledge assets, templates, and process documentation.
• Gain exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, cloud infrastructure, and the RISE with SAP journey.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Referred fields of study: Computer Science or a related technical field
• Soft skills: Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities; strong team player with the ability to work independently
• AI & productivity tools: Familiarity with AI tools and assistants (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and a curiosity about leveraging AI-powered workflows in daily tasks; experience with AI agents is a plus.
• Technical interest: Curiosity about SAP technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise IT architectures first experience or academic exposure to SAP, cloud platforms, or IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Location: Working from St. Leon Rot office is required 1x per week

Our TSMs act as trusted technical advisors — guiding customers through their SAP cloud transformation, optimizing system landscapes, and ensuring successful outcomes at every stage of the journey. As a working student, you will be part of a team that combines deep technical expertise with a strong customer-first mindset, supporting some of SAP's most business-critical cloud environments.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
