Description provided by SAP

We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

About The Role

You'll support the team in two areas: how we run our projects, and how we work with data. You'll use AI tools, agents and skills every day to prepare meetings, summarize outcomes, analyze data and automate recurring tasks, and you'll help us find new ways to apply them.

In project management, your focus will be on post-merger integration: you'll help integrate portfolios that SAP has acquired. This is a good fit if you like structure, enjoy working with people, are curious about what the numbers show, and want hands-on experience with AI in a real business setting.

What You'll Do

Project management & post-merger integration:

  • Support project management for the post-merger integration of acquired portfolios by tracking timelines, dependencies and open points across workstreams
  • Organize and prepare team and stakeholder meetings, including agendas, materials, notes and follow-ups
  • Keep the project action trackers up to date and help make sure open items get followed up
  • Summarize outcomes, decisions and next steps, and share them with the right audiences
  • Maintain project status materials and updates for leadership reviews

Analytics & Reporting

  • Create ad-hoc reports and analyses that answer business questions from the team and stakeholders
  • Help maintain and improve dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools
  • Gather and document requirements for new reports or enhancements
  • Identify ways to automate recurring reporting tasks based on AI Agents & Skills

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, economics, information systems or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills: you keep track of details and follow through
  • Clear, structured communication in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
  • An analytical mindset and confidence working with data in Excel or similar tools
  • Solid PowerPoint skills
  • Previous internship or working student experience in operations, consulting, project management or analytics
  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to ask questions and suggest improvements
  • Working from Berlin office is required. If you are applying from outside the area, please mention your relocation plans or preferences in your CV (Relocation costs are not reimbursed by the manager/employer)

Nice To Have

  • First experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Tableau
  • Interest & first experience in using AI tools to work more efficiently
