Finance Transformation PMO Working Student (m/f/d)Your Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and updating of project documentation (e.g. project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs)


• Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the team to ensure timely delivery


• Collaborate closely with finance and project teams to collect and analyze relevant data


• Contribute to ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices within the PMO


• Prepare status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and management


• Actively support change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts

Maintain project-related data and documentation across relevant tools and systems Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field


• Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership


• Strong affinity for numbers and interest in finance, projects, and technology


• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset


• Ability to stay organized and analytical in a dynamic environment

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is a plus
