Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung (Vertragsprüfung, Bestandsprüfung, Auftragsbestätigungen)
Vorbereitung von Kundeninformationen
Vorbereitung von Versanddokumentation (Erstellung von Packlisten, Organisation von Frachtanfragen sowie Vorbereitung erforderlicher Transportdokumente)
Lieferterminüberwachung
Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben in der Abteilung

Diese Position ist zunächst für eine Laufzeit von min. 12 Monaten ausgelegt.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
