Job Mission

Job Responsibilities

  • Reception Management: Greet visitors, manage package deliveries, and control access to the office.
  • Office Maintenance: Assist with basic office repairs, maintain office equipment, and ensure the workplace is well-organized.
  • Catering Support: Manage team breakfast arrangements and ensure that food and drink supplies are consistently stocked.
  • Mail and Supplies Handling: Oversee postal services, and maintain stock levels of office supplies and cleaning materials.
  • Visitor & New Hire Orientation: Conduct office tours for visitors and new employees, and assist with the setup of internal meetings.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating office events, and manage office data collection.
  • Access Management: Handle key card distribution and locker bookings.
  • Culture Support: Help organize culture-related events, such as farewell parties, Spooktoberfest, and holiday celebrations.

Job Requirements

  • Communication: Fluent English and intermediate German (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with visitors, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Customer Service: A professional, customer-oriented approach to creating positive experiences for visitors and employees.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks, from reception duties to event coordination and mail handling.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for managing packages, mail, and maintaining stock levels accurately.
  • Basic IT Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications like email, word processing, and spreadsheets. Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness to manage basic office repairs and respond to unexpected situations as they arise.

As a working student, previous professional experience is not required. However, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you grow and succeed in this role.
