Working Students (m/f/d)

Pride Capital Partners is an investment company that partners with software & IT companies. We specialize in providing tailored equity and debt solutions to fuel growth, support (add-on) acquisitions, and facilitate buy-out transactions.

We are looking for an ambitious working student who would like to join us in Amsterdam and help grow our business activities in the Benelux region.

What you will do

• You research and identify interesting B2B software companies
• You support us in the compilation of investment proposals
• You prepare annual financial statements and BWAs
• You support us in the preparation of integrated financial models, such as P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• You prepare the quarterly reporting
• You organize networking events

What you offer

• You are a registered student in business administration, economics, business informatics or similar.
• You have basic knowledge in financial modeling and the creation of presentations
• You work independently and have an affinity for technology companies
• You describe yourself as communicative and eager to learn
• You have the desire to further expand our activities in the DACH region
• You have an excellent command of the German and English language in word and writing
