About the role:

Be part of a once-in-a-lifetime journey at one of the fastest-growing AI scale-ups globally. As a Working Student in Billing & Collections, you will support our Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in day-to-day operations and play an active role in managing receivables and improving cash flow as Parloa continues to grow at high speed. You'll gain hands-on experience in billing and collections at the heart of a hyper-growth AI company redefining customer experience through Agentic AI.

Areas of ownership:

• Assist with billing processes and invoice management
• Support accounts receivable and payment tracking
• Actively follow up with customers on outstanding invoices (email & phone)
• Contribute to collection efforts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payments
• Collaborate with internal teams on billing and payment topics
• Help identify and implement process improvements as we scale
  
  

Who you are:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• You are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn how accounting works in a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• You work carefully, reliably, and enjoy working with numbers and systems.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
