Your day-to-day

• Reporting & Dashboarding (Power BI)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for inventory KPIs
• Create data models with clear measures and definitions (DAX preferred)
• Improve Report performance, usability, and stakeholder adoption
• Data Extraction & Transformation (SQL)
• Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from ERP/databases
• Clean and transform data for analysis (Power Query, SQL, or scripting)
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile discrpancies across sources
• Process Automation & Standardization
• Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes
• Document workflows and create repeatable templates for analystics tasks
• Identify inefficiences in inventory reporting and propose improvements
• Inventory & Operational Analytics
• Support analysis on inventory drivers (slow movers, excess/obsolete, cycle count variances)
• Create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Assist with ad hoc analysis requests and operational deep dives
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Familiarity with inventory concepts (e.g. lead times, safety stock, ABC classifications, aging)
• Basic statistics/forecasting knowledge
• Fluency in English
  
  

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience with Power BI, DAX and Power Query (M)
• Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering)
• Experience with process automation (Power Automate, Python, VBA or similar)
• Exposure to ERP systems
