What You Will Be Doing
Reporting Activities
- Consolidate purchasing data such as quantities and prices
- Create summary reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint functions, including purchase material amounts and cost increases/decreases
- Visualize purchasing data effectively
Purchasing IT System Activities
- Create RFQ and modular questionnaire templates
- Support supplier onboarding and supplier management
- Upload components and BOMs into the IT system
- Collect and report CO₂ data
Contract Purchasing Support
- Prepare calculation sheets for price changes
- Prepare documents and upload part change notifications in Jira, including ICR creation
What We Are Looking For
- Currently studying Master in the field Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related
- Relevant experience in Purchasing / Planning
- Good knowledge of excel expertise incl. Pivot, Vlookup, Macro desirable
- AI and automation knowledge is an add on
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Desire to work on multicultural environment
- Desire to learn purchasing activities through data processing and analysis
