Your Impact

You will support the smooth operation of IT inventory, goods movements, and equipment processes.

You will join a support team within our global IT service organization. You will handle internal goods movements as well as the sorting, labeling, and inventorying of goods. You will support the department in conducting stock audits and in maintaining the inventory system. You will also help set up and update IT equipment according to standardized processes. In all tasks, you will work closely with teammates and with external service providers.

Your work will help keep IT warehouse operations running reliably, so colleagues receive the equipment they need when they need it.

You will be based in Solingen as part of our global IT service organization. This team supports the firm’s IT warehouse logistics and equipment processes. Your weekly working hours are two full days (which weekdays are flexible by agreement). You should be prepared to take on this role for at least one year, starting as soon as possible.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, or seeking a temporary assistant role
  • Outstanding organization skills; detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask; works carefully and in a structured way, including under high workload
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an exemplary service orientation
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
  • Ability to operate office equipment and handle transportation of materials or objects, when required
  • Fluent or native level language skills, both verbal and written, in German and business level language skills in English are required
