Tasks
- Participation in AI workshops and enablement sessions, AI community events, and meetings with stakeholders
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on supporting the further development and implementation of AI solutions
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of workshops, training sessions, events, and communication initiatives related to AI
- Supporting the management and evaluation of AI use cases
- Creating presentations, informational materials, and management documents
- Conducting research on current AI technologies and market trends
- Working closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to identify and implement innovative use cases
- Assisting with organizational and administrative tasks as part of ongoing AI initiatives and governance processes
Requirements
At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- Interest in artificial intelligence, digitalization, and innovation
- Structured and independent work style
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Enjoyment of organization, research, and stakeholder management
- Prior experience with generative AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) is a plus

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
