You’re not just supporting leadership; you’re amplifying the impact of the CTO and shaping the initiatives that drive Lio’s technical excellence. As a Founders Associate in the CTO Office, you’ll work hands-on with Core and Product Engineering teams to turn strategic technical decisions into action and help scale the engineering organization.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high-impact technical decisions
- Support engineering and product initiatives, helping define architecture, processes, and workflows that enable scalable delivery
- Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes, making engineering faster, more efficient, and more impactful
- Collaborate closely with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross-functional technical efforts
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes
Your Profile
