Seit dem 01.05.2026 ist Linamar zudem mit einem Standort in Penzberg vertreten. Dort werden insbesondere Schrägzahnräder sowie hochpräzise Antriebs- und Getriebekomponenten für Nutzfahrzeuge und Off-Highway-Anwendungen gefertigt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstütze unser Team bei dem Lean-Management und bei KVP Projekten
- Analysiere und optimiere mit uns Produktions- und Logistikprozesse
- Du wirst bei der Zeitaufnahme, Prozessanalyse und Wertstrombetrachtung mitwirken
- Hilf uns Arbeitsplätze ergonomisch und effizienter zu gestalten
- Die Erstellung und Pflege von Standards, Arbeitsanweisungen und Visualisierungen gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben
- Werte Daten aus und bereite Kennzahlen und Präsentationen auf
- Du wirst mit der Produktion, Industrial Engineering und Qualitätssicherung zusammenarbeiten
- Du bist immatrikuliert als Student (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.Ä..
- Du hast Interesse an Produktion, Lean Management und Prozessoptimierung
- Erste Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden wie 5S, Kaizen, Shopfloor Management oder Wertstromanalyse währen von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- 20h/Woche sind wünschenswert
- Du stehst für mindestens 3 Monate zur Verfügung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und teamorientiert, bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein ausgesprägtes analytisches Denken
