The Job

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and excited about creating a great workplace experience? We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Working Student to support our Workplace team as we move into and bring to life our new Berlin HQ.

Working closely with our Senior Workplace Manager and Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our office, help create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, and contribute to events, workplace technology, and continuous improvements.

Job requirements

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program,
• Hands-on, reliable, and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• You enjoy working with people and bring a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Slack and Google Workspace, and curious about AI and automation.
• Able to manage different tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and at least B2 German, as you’ll interact with our international teams as well as local suppliers.
• Happy to work onsite in our Berlin office and be part of making it a great place to work.

Job responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Workplace & Office Operations
• Support the move-in and setup of our new Berlin HQ, including badges, inventory, and workplace setup.
• Help ensure our meeting rooms, kitchens, event spaces, and other office areas are welcoming, stocked, and ready to use.
• Support employees with everyday workplace questions and help coordinate visitors, deliveries, supplies, and local vendors.
• Assist with practical workplace topics such as access management and health & safety documentation.
• Employee Experience & Community
• Help create a warm and welcoming experience for employees, new joiners, and visitors.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal events, team activities, and office community moments.
• Help capture and share selected events and office life through photos and videos.
• Digital Workplace & Improvement
• Support and test digital workplace tools and automations, such as room booking, lockers, and internal ticketing.
• Help maintain workplace guides, FAQs, and onboarding information so employees can easily find what they need.
• Gather employee feedback and basic workplace data to help us understand what works well and where we can improve.
