Requirements
Please note that this position requires work authorization for Germany.
Language: German - Fluent
- Background: A technical/tech-affine background or degree is a plus (e.g., computer science, business informatics, or related). Whether you are in your Bachelor's, Master's - your skills and mentality matter most.
- Builder mindset: high energy, strong ownership, and a bias for shipping prototypes fast.
- Languages: Native or fluent German (C1/C2) is required, as you will interact directly with our German customers. Fluent English is our internal team language.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding for product prototypes (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar).
- Broad prototyping range across the stack (TypeScript/Python, basic frontend, APIs, light data work) - depth less important than speed and versatility.
- Strong product sense: you optimize for the user problem, not just the code.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and scoping fuzzy ideas into usable artifacts.
- Bonus Points (Tech): Exposure to AI agent frameworks, LLM tooling/evals, production instrumentation, or previous startup/side projects where you’ve already shipped working code.
- Bonus Points (Business): First experience in a customer- or stakeholder-facing role, helping you translate user feedback directly into product iterations.
Links to what you built (GitHub/portfolio/demo video/live prototype) are highly appreciated.
Activities
- Idea to Prototype: Translate hypotheses from customers, product, sales, and CS into working prototypes within days, not months - using AI-assisted coding as your superpower.
- Validate with Real Users: Run lightweight experiments with internal stakeholders and selected customers to test whether an idea actually creates value.
- Build for Real Usage: Take prototypes from "it works on my machine" to "sufficiently stable" so we can track real usage and learn from production data.
- Plug into Jeane: Connect your builds to the Jeane ecosystem (APIs, data, agents) so each experiment compounds into the larger product.
- Close the Loop: Instrument what you ship, surface insights, and feed learnings back into the Jeane roadmap.
- Be a Discovery Partner: Talk to customers and internal users, observe how they work, and turn observations into the next prototype.

About The Company
