- Du lernst alle Bereiche der Planung und Durchführung der Gastronomie – vom Personalbedarf bis zur Thekenplanung – bei den größten Festivals Deutschlands kennen.
- Du unterstützt unser Gastroteam bei der Planung vor Ort in Mülheim-Kärlich und bist auch bei den Festivals vor Ort im Einsatz.
- Du übernimmst bei Bedarf auch Verantwortung in anderen Aufgabenbereichen
- Du studierst BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit diesem Schwerpunkt und suchst den Einstieg in die Eventbranche
- Du hast idealerweise gastronomische Erfahrung aus Jobs an Theken oder im Service – ob im Restaurant, Café oder bei (unseren) Events spielt keine Rolle
- Interesse an Projektsteuerung und Festivals
- Organisationstalent, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Teamwork und Verlässlichkeit ist für Dich die Basis. Struktur, Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sind Dir wichtig.
- Bereitschaft bei deutschlandweiten Events vor Ort auch am Wochenende und nachts zu arbeiten
- Eine offene, freundliche und motivierte Persönlichkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse bei MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Teams, Excel etc.)
- Englisch-Kenntnisse sowie Führerschein (Klasse B) sind von Vorteil
