Working Student- Warehouse & Technical Support (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of internal and customer sample/loan orders, ensuring accurate records and timely inbound and outbound handling
• Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory checks, logistics tracking, and warehouse process improvements
• Assist in organizing and analyzing warehouse data to support operational optimization
• Support customer product requests and follow up on order status
• Participate in technical support projects and assist colleagues with on-site equipment setup, commissioning, and functional testing

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university, preferably in engineering or a related technical field
• Available for at least 6 months, working up to 20 hours per week
• Good command of English or German for day-to-day communication and emails
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• A reliable, detail-oriented approach to work, with good communication and teamwork skills
