Responsibilities:

· Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

· Track order status and follow up on delivery schedules.

· Handle order modifications and communicate changes with customers.

· Arrange shipments from the factory warehouse to customers.

· Monitor logistics progress and resolve any delivery issues.

· Ensure all delivery-related documents are accurate and properly managed.

· Manage daily transportation costs and ensure cost efficiency.

· Review and control special freight costs for urgent or exceptional shipments.

· Maintain regular communication with Tier 1 customers and trading partners.

· Address customer inquiries and coordinate delivery requirements.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

· Experience in customer communication, especially with Tier 1 customers and trading clients.

· Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.

· Ability to manage freight costs and delivery documentation.

· Proficient in ERP systems for order processing and inventory tracking.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Enrolled in a university. Can do an internship on site at least for 3 months. Starting from October/ November.
