Unterstützung des Ausbildungsteams bei der Betreuung der dual Studierenden und Auszubildenden der Generali Deutschland IT (GD-IT) in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren IT-Einheiten im Konzern
Unterstützung bei Terminen für Pre- und Onboarding Veranstaltungen, Messen, Experience Day
Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der Auszubildenden in Alltags- und Ausbildungsfragen
Unterstützung im Themenkomplex Qualifizierungsmanagement (Organisation und Beauftragung von Schulungen)
