Our Gen Re Business School team develops training and education solutions for the insurance industry and helps our partners stay up to date through high-quality seminars, webinars and digital learning offerings.

Are you interested in training and education, enjoy organizing events and have an eye for good design? Would you like to combine organizational tasks with graphic design while gaining practical experience in an international environment? Then join our Business School team on site in Cologne as a Working Student (d/f/m) Graphic Design & Training, starting as soon as possible.

The position is initially offered for one year, with the aim of a longer-term collaboration. The weekly working time is up to 19 hours and can be arranged flexibly around your studies.

Your role

  • Support the planning and delivery of national and international seminars and conferences.
  • Develop and refine presentations and training materials.
  • Contribute to publications and e-learning courses on topics such as health, digitalization and the future of work.
  • Create visual content, such as diagrams, graphics and illustrations for both digital and print media.

Your Profile

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, media design, web design, or a related field of study, and will remain enrolled for at least another year.
  • You have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in English or German.
  • You have a creative mindset, an eye for design and an interest in actively contributing to training and education projects.
