Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, neben deinem Studium praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Continuity Management zu sammeln. Es erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten, durch die du deine Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten in diesem Themengebiet ausbauen kannst.
So sieht der Verantwortungsbereich aus:
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Notfallpläne
- Erstellung und Pflege von Testdokumentationen für technische Notfalltests (BBT, Mainframe)
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Notfallübungen und Pflege des Notfallübungskalenders
- Erstellung des Notfallübungskalenders für das Jahr 2026
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Tests
- Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
- Durchführung allgemeiner Back-Office-Tätigkeiten wie Terminplanung, Pflege von OPL, Verfassen von E-Mails und Erstellen von Präsentationen
Das erwarten wir:
- Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich, z.B. durch ein IT-gebundenes Studium oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium mit IT-Bezug
- Selbstständige, analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, IT, wirtschaftliches Studium mit IT Bezug
- Interesse an IT-Notfallmanagement und technischen Notfallplänen
- Interesse an Testmanagement und Durchführung von Notfallests Interesse an organisatorischen Aufgaben und Dokumentation
- Wochenarbeitszeit von vorzugsweise 20 Stunden, aufgeteilt auf beliebig viele Tage
- Wünschenswert: flexibel ob Home Office oder Büro
- Gewünschte Start: ab sofort
