In a nutshell

In this internship, you will gain valuable experience in the commercial operations side at one of hospitality’s most dynamic brands. Against a backdrop of new parameters and shifting norms, this internship will provide valuable insights into Global Reservations. Areas of focus include how to drive increased revenue and B2B communications with our international hotel members.

  • Opening: February/ March 2027
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Compensation: EUR 1000 / month

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Handle phone, e-mail and written requests by end consumers, travel agents and member hotels
  • Consult group clients in sourcing hotels for events and conferences
  • Convey the highest standards of product knowledge and delivery of first-class service to individual, high-end and VIP clients as well as travel & event agencies at all points of contact
  • Assist in maximizing revenue for the company booking channel whilst maintaining brand and professional integrity
  • Use the Central Reservation Systems in accordance with the SOPs to ensure the highest levels of customer service and for maintenance of the system
  • Ensure high level of attention to detail with all given work Effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines while aligning with client budgets and specific requirements
  • Manage allocated projects
  • Process administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients & suppliers
  • Assist and support the team in achieving sales objectives and goals
  • Act as an ambassador of the Design Hotels™ brand towards partners, clients and member hotels
