THE ROLE

As a Working Student CRM & Loyalty, you will actively support our team in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting global email campaigns (brand, product, sales, service, surveys) as well as app push notifications. Your primary goal is to drive high-quality traffic to Canyon’s global website and app while delivering an exceptional,

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

  • Campaign Management: You plan, execute, and analyze global newsletter, email, and app push campaigns.
  • Content Calendar: You create and maintain our global email campaign calendar in close alignment with departments such as Brand, Sales, and Merchandising.
  • A/B Testing & Design: You conduct continuous A/B tests and optimize email templates to improve user experience and performance.
  • Personalization & Segmentation: You drive the further development of audience segmentation to deliver highly relevant content.
  • AI & Process Optimization: You identify opportunities in AI-driven content creation and implement process improvements in daily operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Creative teams and copywriters to ensure a consistent brand presentation across email and app channels.
  • Market Observation: You monitor the market and stay up to date on email industry trends, bringing fresh best practices to the team.

How You Become Part Of The Race

  • Academic Background: Advanced stage of your studies in Economics, Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable field forms your foundation.
  • Email Marketing Experience: Initial practical experience in email marketing or CRM is considered a major plus.
  • Data & KPI Affinity: Strong interest in data preparation, reporting, and analyzing standard email KPIs (e.g., via Google Analytics) sets you apart.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Mindset & Working Style: An independent, solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and self-motivation define your way of working.
  • Passion for Sport: A genuine passion for bikes, sports, or e-commerce in general rounds off your profile.
