Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Workshops und internen Meetings (Agenda, Protokoll)
Erstellen von Content-Plänen zur Planung der Community-Beiträge
Selbstständige Abstimmung und Kommunikation bzgl. Aufgabentracking innerhalb der Abteilung und in Projekten
Erstellen von Artikeln und Newsletter für die Abteilung und diverse Projekte / Fachthemen
Pflege der Dokumentenablage im Dokumentenmanagementsystem (SharePoint)

Dein Profil:

Eingeschriebene/r Student/in an einer Universität oder FH
Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Kontext Kommunikation und Marketing
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit
Organisationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
