Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Gain hands-on experience in the fields of Consumer Insights and Portfolio Management within an international business environment.
- Support research projects to uncover consumer needs, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Analyze consumer, market, and competitive data to help shape future product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product concepts and portfolio opportunities.
- Create compelling insights, presentations, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Your profile
- In advanced studies in business administration, business psychology, psychology, neuroscience marketing
- First experiences with consumer insights and trend scouting
- Strong analytics skills paired with stuctured thinking & working
- High communication skills and experienced team player
- PowerBI, MSOffice, google analytics and other analytics tools experiences are of help

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Marketing in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
