A Taste of What to Expect

  • Support event planning and organisation, especially for our biggest fair of the year: ISM Cologne 2027
  • Drive content creation researching, writing, and managing marketing materials across our website, social media and newsletters
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming consumer requests, shaping how people experience our brand
  • Build data-based performance tracking for our products on Nielsen
  • Get hands-on with social media activities and video productions
  • Research competitors and market trends, and translate what you find into actionable insights
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning PR, B2B, brand, and campaigns and jump in to support other teams, like Sales, from time to time

The Perfect Recipe Of Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
  • First taste of marketing or business experience (e.g. event planning or B2B marketing) is an advantage
  • You work well independently, and even better as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset and genuine eagerness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you build and maintain relationships across all levels
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months. We don't accept thesis projects.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Marketing in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
