What You'll Do

We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support both our Compensation & Benefits Team and our HR Services Team. In this role, you will provide valuable support across a range of operational and administrative activities related to employee benefits and HR processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support with visa administration and related residence permit topics, incl. EU reporting and A1 certificates for traveling employees.
  • Assist with family and maternity related topics, incl. childcare cost support.
  • Conduct benefit verification and manage benefits administration.
  • Maintain personnel files and support general HR record keeping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units.
  • Provide general operational support across key HR processes.

What You'll Bring

  • You are currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a university in Germany
  • You have gained initial professional experience, ideally through internships or working student roles with a focus on tasks requiring strong organizational skills.
  • You’re able to learn quickly, pay meticulous attention to detail, and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
  • You’re proficient at multitasking and operating effectively under time constraints.
  • Strong self-organization and time management abilities round out your profile.
  • You have exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic mindset.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Finally, you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.

You will report to the HR Operations Director, who will support you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development.
