Werkstudent Procurement & Supply Chain Management

Your responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing and Materials Planning teams in day-to-day operations, including creating purchase orders, checking order confirmations, and independently following up on delivery dates and deadlines.
• Prepare quotations and create quotation comparisons.
• Support the maintenance of master data in SAP.
• Work on and analyze project-related tasks within Purchasing, including the digitalization of purchasing processes.
• Contribute your own ideas to improve purchasing processes.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, with at least three semesters remaining.
• You have strong knowledge of and are highly proficient in common MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in German and have additional language skills, particularly English.
• You are characterized by an independent and goal-oriented working style, reliability, trustworthiness, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• You have a strong ability to quickly understand new topics and have already demonstrated good conceptual thinking skills.
• You have a strong academic record, a high level of commitment, and the motivation to actively contribute to our company.
