We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) to support the Global Financial Shared Service department from June 15, 2025. The internship will last 6 months.

standardization, optimization and quality assurance of global financial processes (e.g. in the areas of controlling, product costing and sustainability) as well as the interfaces to other areas.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support for international projects in the areas of controlling or sustainability
- Support in the mapping of processes in SAP as well as their optimization and testing
- Participation in the redesign, simplification and automation of business processes
- Collaboration in closing activities for domestic and foreign companies and further analyses in the area of controlling
- Supporting the global controlling or sustainability teams with other operational tasks
- Preparation of presentation and concept documents
- Taking on project management activities in the international finance area
- Participation in the calculation and control of material prices in all B. Braun companies
Professional skills:
- Advanced degree in economics or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on finance/accounting/business informatics
- Interest in the interaction of processes and IT systems and their optimization
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of English
Personal skills:
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Ability to work independently, quick comprehension and sense of responsibility
- Analytical skills and strategic approach
- Strong communication skills and creativity

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
