Presentation of the context and team

This position is a 6 month internship contract. Starting ASAP

Under Group Technology Operations, the IT GPPM department drives transformation and ensures the execution of the AXA Transversal practices. That includes driving the global product governance, monitoring the product performance performance, providing expertise leadership on product management, and aligning and converging quality criteria with our cooperating entities.

Main Missions

We're Looking For a Motivated Student To Join Us As a Product Portfolio Management Intern. You'll Help Shape Our Product Portfolio Governance Framework For AXA GO, Ensuring It Aligns With Our Teams. Your Tasks Will Include

  • Helping define, implement, and maintain our Product Portfolio Governance Framework.
  • Assisting with product governance forums (Global Product Committee and Product Dialogue).
  • Supporting product teams in integrating with the overall portfolio.
  • Collaborating on product performance dashboards and managing alerts.
  • Monitoring and supporting Product Catalog development.
  • Participating in the evolution of our Global Product Committee.

Expected Skills & Experience

  • IT product/services management, Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Knowledge of power automate flows as well as BI Tools is an asset (Reporting)
  • Product management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
