Working Student Corporate Development

Role description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Working Student to support our Corporate Development team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, CRM management, business intelligence, process optimisation, and project management. You will work closely with sales leadership and contribute to initiatives that improve sales performance, data quality, and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, processes, and digital tools while gaining practical experience in a commercial environment.

Your Mission

Sales Strategy, Planning & Pricing

• Support the Corporate Development team in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and pricing management activities.
• Support and documentation of sales strategy meetings

CRM Management & Development

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of our CRM system.
• Assist with CRM enhancements, testing, data quality initiatives, and user support.
• Help ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP, and other sales tools.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Assist with data modelling and the integration of data from CRM, ERP, and BI systems.
• Analyse sales KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Help automate reporting processes and improve data transparency.

Sales Process Optimisation

• Support the analysis and improvement of sales and customer-related processes.
• Assist in documenting and implementing standardised workflows and best practices.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, consistency, and scalability across sales operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working.
• Full working proficiency in both English and German.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales operations, business analytics, and process improvement.
