Who will you be joining?

The Works Council Office represents and supports the interests of Allianz SE Holding and ADEUS Aktienregister (Munich) employees and is a central point of contact for works-council-related and administrative matters.

As a Working Student (m/f/d), you become part of a small, close-knit team working directly with the Works Council chairperson and the team assistants. You will get hands-on insight into administrative processes, meeting organization and document management within a large, international company.

How can you make an impact?

  • You support with day-to-day administrative tasks in the Works Council Office.
  • You prepare, format and file minutes, reports and presentations.
  • You coordinate appointments, meetings and organize events (e.g. the Christmas gifts).
  • You handle internal and external inquiries as well as document and file management.

What are you made of?

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) during the contract period, ideally in a business, law or social science program.
  • You have good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have very good written and spoken English and German language skills.
  • Ideally, you bring first experience in office organization or administrative tasks.
  • You have strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
