Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Support the team in planning, coordinating, and tracking (Gen)AI projects, including monitoring progress, flagging dependencies, and helping ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Business Development Support: Assist the team in identifying potential business opportunities across the organization and support outreach activities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Go-to-Market Support: Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials under the guidance of the business development team. Assist in organizing meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline documentation.
• Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as product demos, promotional videos, newsletters, and thought-leadership content to help raise awareness of AI capabilities.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing knowledge-sharing events such as AI Talks, hackathons, and internal showcases to foster engagement and adoption.
• Learning & Development: Participate in (Gen)AI training sessions and development programs to continuously build skills and knowledge relevant to business development and AI innovation, complementing your academic studies.
• Compliance & Documentation: Support the team in ensuring all business development activities comply with corporate policies. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields)
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e..g, Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with marketing and communication methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in collaborating with international teams is a plus
• Proficient in Ms Office (esp. Power Point, Excel, Word) and Confluence
• Fluent in spoken/written English; German and additional languages are a plus

You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
