Intern Tech M&A Advisory

We are looking for candidates (m/f/x) to join our Tech M&A boutique based in Munich as an intern starting asap. You will be a comprehensive part of our team and accompany us in our ongoing M&A and fundraising projects in the areas of Software, AI, Digital, Tech-enabled Services and Industrial Tech. We give you the opportunity to further sharpen your already acquired knowledge and skill set and thus develop your individual profile in the Tech M&A environment.

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, finance (or a similar discipline) from a top institution paired with excellent academic results
• Relevant experience through an internship at an M&A advisory firm, Investment Bank, Private Equity Fund or a corporate development/finance role
• High motivation and willingness to learn and work in a truly entrepreneurial team
• Very good analytical skills as well as independent and careful way of working
• Availability of 3-6 months for the internship
• Fluent German required

Your role and responsibility

• Support in the creation of marketing documents such as Teaser, Information Memorandum, Management Presentation, etc. during M&A sell-side and fundraising processes
• Modelling KPI-based financial plans and commercial analysis in Excel
• Support in preparation of pitch presentations
• Comprehensive company valuations (DCF, multiples, LBO)
• Research and identification of potential buyers or investors
