Your activities

• Mitarbeit bei Eintritt, Versetzung und Austritt von Mitarbeitenden
• Erstellen von Vertragsveränderungen und Arbeitsverträgen nach Vorgabe
• Eingaben im Zeiterfassungssystem (Anlegen/Pflege von Zeit- und Schichtmodellen, Nachtrag von Zeiten etc.)
• Bearbeitung der elektronischen Arbeitsunfähigkeitsmeldungen

Your profile

• Kaufmännisches Studium, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation oder Personalwesen
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität
• Freude an Umgang mit Menschen
