Job Summary
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in HR Payroll, you will support our team with administrative and organizational tasks related to payroll and HR processes. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and gain practical insights into operational human resources and payroll-related topics.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll team in day-to-day operations
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects
- Maintain master data in the payroll system
- Prepare notifications and certificates related to compensation and social insurance data for employees and external institutions
- Create HR-related statistics and reports
- Work closely with the HR team, including HR Managers and HR Business Partners
Education
- Advanced studies in the field of business administration or economics
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Structured and systematic way of working
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills
- Quick comprehension
- Strong team and communication skills
Pay Transparency
The annual base salary for this position is €17,300.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
